Are my documents sent anywhere?

The document is read on your device. Names, addresses and numbers are masked before anything is sent. Only the masked text goes to an AI hosted in Europe, for the time needed to produce the explanation. No document is stored on our servers. If you agree (option off by default, can be withdrawn at any time), the masked text may be kept for 12 months, anonymously, to improve the AI.

Is it free?

Yes: 1 paper a month is free, no credit card, with a free account (needed to start the AI analysis; you can first add and protect your paper without an account). For more papers, Flee costs €1.99 a month and Flee+ €3.99 a month, cancel in one click.

Does Paperflee give legal advice?

No. Paperflee explains what a letter says, whether it is urgent and what to do according to the letter itself. It never advises to sign, contest or refuse, and does not calculate your rights.

In which languages?

French, English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese and Ukrainian, written and read aloud. The letter stays in French; the explanation is in your language.

What if the AI is wrong?

Every date and every amount is checked: if it does not appear as is in the letter, the app flags it “to check on the original”. You can report an error in one click.
