Where do I find my home insurance certificate?

The home insurance certificate can be downloaded from your insurer's customer area, under “Mes documents” or “Mes attestations”.

Where to find it online

  • Your insurer's website or app → “Mes contrats” → “Habitation” → “Télécharger l'attestation”.
  • The landlord may require it when the lease is signed and every year; it proves that the home is insured.

If you have lost it

  • A new certificate is generated on request from the customer area, or sent by the insurer after a simple call.
  • The contract number, useful for the call, is on the annual renewal notice.
