Where do I find my water contract number?

The reference of your water contract is at the top of the bill, in the “Vos références” box, with the meter number.

Where to find it online

  • Water service customer area (Veolia, Suez, Saur, municipal service) → “Mon contrat”.
  • The meter number is also engraved on the meter itself, often below the dial.

If you have lost it

  • Call the customer service number printed on any water bill or on your municipality's website (“Eau” section).
  • In a jointly owned building, water is sometimes billed by the managing agent (syndic): the reference is then on the service charge call (“appel de fonds”).
