Where do I find my PCE number (gas)?

The PCE number (14 digits) is written on your gas bill, in the box with your contract references.

Where to find it online

  • Your gas supplier's customer area → “Mon contrat” or “Mes factures”.
  • On a Gazpar smart meter, the PCE number is on the meter's label.
  • The PCE identifies the delivery point of the home: it stays the same whichever supplier you choose.

If you have lost it

  • Call your supplier with your full address.
  • For a new home, GRDF can find the PCE from the address and the name of the previous occupant (09 69 36 35 34, cost of a call).
