Where do I find my PDL number (electricity)?

The PDL number (also called PRM) is a 14-digit number written on your electricity bill, in the box with your contract references.

Where to find it online

  • Your supplier's customer area (EDF, Engie, TotalEnergies, etc.) → “Mon contrat”: the PDL/PRM is shown with the address of the home.
  • On a Linky meter, press the “+” button until “N° de PRM” appears: the 14 digits scroll on the screen.
  • The number identifies the home, not the person: it does not change when you change supplier.

If you have lost it

  • With no bill or online account, call your supplier with your name and address.
  • For a home you have just moved into, the previous occupant, the landlord or Enedis (09 70 83 19 70, cost of a call) can find the PDL from the address.
