Where do I find my top-up health insurance member number?

The member number is printed on your third-party payment card, below your name, and at the top of every letter or reimbursement statement from the top-up insurer (mutuelle).

Where to find it online

  • Your insurer's member area (website or app): the number is shown under “Mon contrat” or “Mes informations”.
  • It is also on the contribution schedule and on benefit statements.

If you have lost it

  • From the member area, download a new third-party payment card.
  • Otherwise, contact the insurer's customer service with your name, date of birth and social security number: they will send you a card.
