Where do I find my condominium lot number?

The lot number is at the top of every service charge call from the managing agent (syndic) and on the sale deed (or the condominium rules) of the home.

Where to find it online

  • Managing agent's extranet (owner area) → “Mon lot” or “Mes documents”: service charge calls and meeting notices mention the lot.
  • The condominium rules and the description of the building's division list all the lots with their ownership shares.

If you have lost it

  • Ask the managing agent, whose contact details are on the general meeting notices.
  • The notary who drew up the sale deed keeps a copy; the property file can also be consulted at the land registry (service de la publicité foncière).
