Where do I find my loan contract number?

The loan contract number is at the top of the loan offer and of the amortisation table, and it is repeated on every statement or letter from the lender.

Where to find it online

  • Customer area of the bank or lender → “Mes crédits”: each loan is shown with its reference.
  • On the bank statement, the line for the monthly direct debit often mentions the loan reference.

If you have lost it

  • Ask the lender for a duplicate of the amortisation table (free of charge).
  • Borrower's insurance, if taken out separately, has its own contract number.
