Where do I find my France Travail identifier?

Your France Travail identifier (7 digits and a letter) is written at the top left of every letter or e-mail from France Travail and in your personal account, under “Mon profil”.

Where to find it online

  • francetravail.fr → Mon espace → “Mon profil”: the identifier is shown below your name.
  • It is used to update your situation every month, to contact your adviser and to get your payment certificates.

If you have lost it

  • On the sign-in page, click “Identifiant oublié”: it is sent by e-mail or text message.
  • You can also call 3949 or go to an agency with an ID.
