Where to find it online

  • On caf.fr or the “Caf - Mon Compte” app, the number is shown as soon as you sign in, in the account header.
  • It is also on the payment and family quotient certificates downloaded from your account.
  • The number belongs to the file: it is the same for the whole household.

If you have lost it

  • On the caf.fr sign-in page, click “J'ai oublié mon numéro”: it can be sent to you by post.
  • You can also call 3230 (free service + cost of a call) or go to your CAF's reception desk with an ID.
  • If you belong to the MSA (agricultural scheme), the number is on MSA letters and in “Mon espace privé” on msa.fr.
